SuperFit Kidz will get your child in great shape for, Tennis, Baseball, Football, Wrestling, Cheerleading, Soccer, Martial arts or just getting off the couch and becoming active. Anta's Fitness programs are specifically tailored for each member of your family with fun exercises and by educating you with healthy eating habits at home or at your favorite restaurants. SuperFit Kidz was created and developed by Julio Anta a IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association) Youth Fitness Specialist, and DVD presenter of Shaolin Physical Conditioning. The IYCA is the undisputed and trusted leader in youth fitness and sports training. Anta comprised these program with over 30 years experience as a Kung Fu Master having trained thousands of children since 1998, former United States Marine Corps Sergeant, certified ISSA personal trainer, Kettlebell instructor, Battling Ropes instructor, Pilates instructor, Fitness Kickboxing instructor and a runner up in the 1983 Junior Florida, and Miami Body Building Championships. He has also raised two Super Fit sons. Anta also has a column “Get Fit with Anta” in the Doral Tribune and Ciudad Doral newspapers. He has also come out in numerous TV shows as a fitness expert and has written articles for Tae Kwon Do Times, Journal of Asian Martial Arts, Fytness Fanatiks, Martial Arts Professionals and Dragon Boat Times magazine.

It's time to turn off the TV and put down the junk food because once your child learns the SuperFit Kidz lifestyle for living healthy, they will know it for life. Are you concerned about the lack of exercise your child is getting? Would you like to see them up and moving instead of sitting around so much? American has failed in keeping our children fit. The school system has drastically cut out physical education programs. TV commercials urge viewers to eat. The average American child sees 10,000 TV commercials a year. Approximately 9,500 of these commercials are for either fast foods, soft drinks, cereals that are high in sugar and candy. Health club memberships are up, aerobic classes are packed, and personal trainers are proliferating. Yet where do our children fit into this scenario? Do not despair your child can turn their body into a new, strong, lean, healthy and fit body by entering the SuperFit Kidz Fitness Challenge at Anta's Fitness and Self Defense. The SuperFit Kids program is free for all Kung Fu Kids students at Anta's Fitness and Self Defense or we can do private sessions.
Children need a different approach to weight loss than adults do because they have different physical and dietary needs due to the growth process. A child's weight loss program must consist of a diet with enough nutrients for growth and their fitness program must be fun and easy on the joints. At the start of the SuperFit Kidz program we will issue you the SuperFit Kidz guide book. All children will be weighed, we'll measure their height, give them a body composition test, and a before photo of the child will be taken. We'll only do this if the child and family is willing. We will do this on a monthly bases. You can still do the program without the photos and measurements. They will write down everything they eat and at the end of the week if they have eaten healthy they will be rewarded by a day of eating what ever they like. The program consists of Fitness Kickboxing for Kids, Battling Ropes, Slosh Pipe training, plyometrics, Indian Clubs, medicine ball, circuit training, acrobatics, tumbling, dynamic tension, calisthenics, resistance bands, Chi gong (breathing exercise), stretching and boot camp. But most of all we condition their minds so they are excited and motivated in getting fit and in shape.
